About the event
This will be a simple, cozy gathering to celebrate light, peace, and community as we head into winter.
As the evenings grow darker and daylight fades earlier, it’s easy to feel a little dreary. The lantern walk is our way of embracing the beauty of this season, finding warmth, wonder, and connection in the glow of light together.
We’ll start with a short story and song or two, then take a peaceful lantern walk and end with a warm drink together. Feel free to bring a thermos to sip along the way.
What to bring:
A source of light — this could be a handmade lantern, jar with an LED tealight, flashlight, glow stick, or any gentle light that can shine as we walk together.
Warm clothes and boots
